What's New?

When reviewing recommended candidates on a job record, you can now give quick feedback on the results using thumbs up or thumbs down controls in the Recommended Candidates card. If results aren't quite right, thumbs down lets you add a comment explaining why.

Why Does It Matter?

This helps improve match accuracy over time by learning from your feedback on what works well for your roles.

How Do I Enable It?

This update is automatically available for all Amplify Search & Match customers. When viewing a job record, the thumbs up and thumbs down controls appear in the Recommended Candidates card. Select your feedback, and add a comment with thumbs down if you'd like to explain your rating.
